"Well, Howdy there Pardner,
Welcome to our
website."
Our group,
"BADGES, BANDITS & BLOOMERS",
has been doing Re-Enactments
of the Old West and we decided to make our information available for you folks on this thing called the Internet.
Our Re-Enactment group has been performing for the last three years, with
some of our members being involved in Old West Re-Enacting for over 25 years and at this time we wish to announce that
we are changing our name from the Gunfighters of Nevada to
"BADGES, BANDITS & BLOOMERS",
the group will continue to provide the high quality entertainment that
our customers have come to expect.
This
name change has taken place due to a somewhat similarity in name with another group who we do not want to be confused with
or compared to in any way, now or in the future, so we have taken it upon ourselves, as a group, to change our name.
We are available for special events and will post more information on our
activities and pictures of our "gang" as the site grows, so bookmark our web site and link to us for future
occasions when you need some
"Old West Style Shoot'um Ups".

These were the men who either maintained the peace in
the towns of the 1800's, acting as Marshall or Sheriff, known as "Lawdawgs" or some of them were responsible for
causing the trouble in town, robbing banks and rough housing in the saloons, the "Malcontents" of the day, they
all were known as,
"THE GUNFIGHTERS".
These were the women who worked in the Mercantile and
General Stores or taught the children in the early schools or just took care of their hard working man, they were called,
"THE
PROPER LADIES".
These were the women who worked in the Saloons of the
day; they provided "company" and entertainment for the lonesome cowboys or gunfighters who came to town. They were
called,
"THE
SOILED DOVES".
Our group,
"BADGES, BANDITS & BLOOMERS",
portrays all of the above characters,
on our set, which is known as the town of "NO NAME". This set is a 65 foot set that depicts an old western town
and it travels with us to our various venues and helps our group show Historical, and sometimes, Hysterical, Re-Enactments
of the Old West.
